Sunshine Sign and Sing Turned 5
We’re thrilled to mark a major milestone—our business is turning 5! From our humble beginnings in baby signing to our current focus on children’s key word sign, it has been an incredible journey filled with hard work and determination. There were times we weren’t sure if we’d make it, but thanks to the unwavering support from early learning services, All About Autism, Little Therapeas, Sunshine Coast libraries, Sunshine Coast Council, Avid, and Cerge, we’re still here and stronger than ever.
We’re deeply grateful for the encouragement and collaboration that has fueled our growth. As we celebrate this achievement, we’re excited about the future and the new opportunities ahead. Thank you for being a part of our journey—we couldn’t have done it without you!
Here’s to many more years of making a difference together!
Communication Boards in Parks
We’re thrilled to announce our ongoing collaboration with Sunshine Coast Libraries, part of the First 5 Forever initiative, to enhance communication resources across the region. In partnership with the council, we currently have 4 communication boards featuring both Key Word Sign (KWS) and symbol-based systems installed on the Sunshine Coast.
We’re also excited to share that another 6 boards are in the works! We’ve completed the artwork and videos, and now it’s a matter of waiting to see them in action. We can’t wait to see these new resources benefit our community.

Communication Boards for Cerge
We’re excited to continue our partnership with Cerge, providing communication and Key Word Sign boards for the Cerge app. CERGE is dedicated to societal change, ensuring a more welcoming and inclusive environment for individuals with disabilities through its innovative set of companion technologies.
This month, we’ve added a new Sports Communication Board to the existing range, which includes boards for petting zoos, aquatic centres, and pharmacies. Our Key Word Sign and communication boards are now more accessible than ever on the Cerge app.

Celebrating a Milestone: Our 100th Early Learning Setting!
We’re thrilled to announce that this month, we’ve booked our hundredth early learning setting for Key Word Sign training! This is a significant achievement for us and a testament to the growing commitment to supporting children’s communication needs.
Each early learning centre (ELC) we work with brings us one step closer to our goal: ensuring that Key Word Sign is accessible wherever children are. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made and excited for the continued journey to spread the power of Key Word Sign far and wide.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. Here’s to many more milestones ahead!
