Shipping Policy

Please note, order processing times are separate from the shipping times.  We often print to order so order processing times may vary.

Process

Upon receiving your order confirmation email, if your item is in stock, orders are sent out within 1-5 business working days. If items are not stocked, orders are sent to be printed within 1-2 business days.  Once printed, your order will be processed for delivery within 1-5 business working days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive email notification when your order has shipped.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates

We use Australia Post for delivery and offer $10 flat rate shipping to all of Australia.

We also offer FREE local pickup for those on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Delivery times

Australia Post advises that delivery times for Australia vary between 2-6 business days depending on location.

Local Pickup

If you select local pickup at the checkout, we will contact you within 2-5 business days via email to discuss best pickup location.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the U.K., Europe, and the U.S.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times for international shipping normally range for between 8 to 20 business days however due to current Covid-19 conditions some deliveries have experienced longer delays.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Sunshine Sign and Sing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you do not receive a confirmation order email, please contact us so we can look into what happened with your order.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mail@sunshinesignandsing.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, please contact us to discuss shipping options.

Returns & Refunds

If You are unsatisfied with Your Order, with the exception of customised products, We accept returns up to 30 days after receipt of delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

If Your product is received damaged, You must contact Us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.  Photographic evidence will be required, and replacement or refund eligibility will be assessed on a case by case basis.  We will inform You of Our decision within 14 days of being contacted.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.  You are responsible for the cost of return delivery.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were received in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods are in the condition they were received in

Goods that were made to Your specifications or personalised cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
