Unmatched energy, depth of knowledge and commitment to excellence are just a few things that we constantly hear from Lauren’s clients about her service. Where ‘giving good service’ has become an overused selling point in the industry, Lauren has raised the bar in committing to service that creates a ‘wow experience.’ You don’t have to take our word for it, just google ‘Lauren McCarthy Harcourts’ and check out the reviews left from her current clients.

Cérge is a communications platform for organisations to provide personalised service to customers with disability.

• Over 71% of disabilities are invisible and all disabilities are unique, making it impossible to train and educate staff to adequately service all customers.
• The greatest source of discrimination for individuals with disability is from service and hospitality staff. (Australian Bureau of Statistics 2018)
• Cerge’s mission is to reduce the fear, anxiety and discrimination individuals with disability endure as customers.
